Occupational License
You can now renew your OL online! To renew your OL, please follow the link below to the DMV’s Occupational Licensing Portal. If you have not already, please create an account. Prior to beginning your application, make sure to print out the Quick Start Guide for a step-by-step guide.

BPA Renewal
Time to Renew your BPA Permit? Renewing your BPA Permit is quick and easy! Fill out the following application, and mail out the original paperwork, and check to us at least 45 days in advance.
Commercial Requestor Codes Renewal
If you have received the notice from DMV to renew your Commercial Requester Codes, simply scan and email the renewal notice to bpacompliance@sambasafety.com.
Once the notice has been received, our team will complete the necessary forms and mail them to you for signature, payment and submission.
Bonds
Be sure your bond(s) remains current. If you need a new bond or want to change carriers please fill out the application below and email it to the email address that is listed on the bottom of the form.
Once it has been received the bond carrier will reply to your email with a quote.
